Uwaifo Favour is an accomplished and passionate artist known for exploration of materials to make her sculptural piece from fiber glass to metal and more.Born in [Lagos], Uwaifo favour has always had a deep connection to the world of art and creativity. From an early age, [uwaifo favour] showed a remarkable talent for [drawing and use of color for self expression ]. Encouraged by her mum and other relatives, she began to explore various mediums and techniques, setting the foundation for her artistic journey. Uwaifo favour is currently pursuing her formal education in art at university of Benin where she studying fine and applied Art. She is still exploring mediums to express herself in sculpture.
ARTIST STATEMENT
work as an artist is an exploration of the intersection between the tangible and the intangible, the seen and the unseen. Through my chosen mediums of sculptural piece, I aim to capture the essence of , the human condition in relation to God.
